Success in the New West - A Professional and Personal Development Symposium

The main keynote address will focus on the inevitability and pace of change in our culture and how to make that change work for you. Individual workshops will offer insightful, practical and entertaining guidance on navigating today’s rapidly changing economic and technological landscapes.

Flathead Area Young Professionals

Our Mission: Flathead Area Young Professionals members are the next generation of Flathead community leaders. It is our mission to provide our members the opportunity and skills to CONNECT, ENGAGE, INFLUENCE and LEAD.
Connect with Other Professionals: FAyP hosts a number of social and networking events throughout the year, giving professionals an opportunity to meet other people in the same stage of their life and career.
Engage Community Leaders: FAyP hosts monthly luncheons at which a selected community leader addresses our group, giving our members the opportunity to engage directly on topics critical to a strong and healthy Flathead Valley.
Influence the Community: FAyP facilitates a number of charitable events, making it easy for busy professionals to positively influence the community.
Lead the Way: FAyP sponsors a number of professional development opportunities for members through seminars, work-shops, etc., and the orchestration of the Success in the New West Symposium.
